Body Treatments
The Back Ritual – 40 Minutes
An indulgent 40 minutes begins with a foot cleanse and a natural bristled body brush, up the back of the body. Buffing away dead skin, boosting circulation & promoting fresh, glowing skin. A hot stone foot & leg massage, followed by a 30 minute aromatherapy back, neck & shoulder massage – working into the base of the scalp, alleviating aches, pains and melting away your tension.
The Stone Serenity – 45 Minutes
A specialist massage using smooth, flat, heated basalt stones. Relieving deep set tension, improve circulation, promote sleep & ease stress.
The Reflex Ritual – 45 Minutes
A relaxing treatment, using ancient Chinese pressure points all over the feet, to alleviate aches, pains & tension throughout the body.
Ear Candles – 30 Minutes
Designed to remove sinus pressure & relieve the build up of wax and toxins within the ear. Finished with a facial & scalp pressure point massage.
The Sensory Restore – 55/85 Minutes
Back, Face & Scalp Treatment – Beginning with inhalations your treatments begins with a tailored back, neck and shoulder massage, erasing those aches and pains. Hot stones are used to warm to muscles where needed. A personalised facial then begins. Personalised to your skins needs and concerns. Whilst your mask is doing it’s magic you can indulge in a hot oil scalp massage, a hand and arm massage or a mixture of the two. Before finishing your relaxation with a moisture surge or detox, your choice.
